Phantec IT was founded in 2014 by a team of IT professionals who spent years watching small businesses struggle with unreliable technology and unresponsive vendors. We knew there was a better way.
We built Phantec around a simple idea: every business deserves IT support that's fast, honest, and actually solves problems. No jargon, no runaround, no surprise invoices — just technology that works.
Today we support over 500 businesses across San Francisco, from two-person startups in the Mission to 100-person teams in the Financial District. Our team has grown, but our commitment to personal, responsive service hasn't changed.
